They say no celestial body or galaxy in the universe truly shines pure green.

That’s precisely why I wanted to capture a universe that doesn’t exist anywhere—within reach of my fingertips.

額縁の中に浮かぶ、緑に輝く太陽。

天体や銀河に“純粋な緑”は存在しないと言われている。

だからこそ、どこにも存在しない宇宙を、指先に閉じ込めようと思った。

-Lone Mt Turquoise -

Located near Tonopah, Nevada, the Lone Mountain Mine is a historic turquoise mine discovered by Lee Hand in 1920.

It was once known as the “Blue Jay Mine” before becoming widely recognized as Lone Mountain.

Turquoise from this mine displays a wide range of character, from clear sky blue to deep, rich blue, often accompanied by beautiful spiderweb patterns.

It is especially known for its stability and resistance to fading, with many pieces from the 1930s and 1940s still retaining their vivid blue color today.

Lone Mountain turquoise is often found in nugget form, featuring black matrix, golden matrix, and delicate webbing that continues to captivate collectors around the world.

Lone Mountain鉱山は、1920年にLee Handによって発見された歴史あるターコイズ鉱山。

かつて“Blue Jay Mine”とも呼ばれ、後にLone Mountainの名で知られるようになった。

この鉱山から産出されるターコイズは、

澄んだスカイブルーから濃密なディープブルー、

そして美しいスパイダーウェブ模様まで幅広い表情を持つ。

特に色褪せしにくい品質の高さで知られ、

1930〜40年代のジュエリーでも鮮やかな青を保っていると言われている。

ナゲット状で産出される事が多く、

ブラックマトリックス、ゴールデンマトリックス、

そして繊細なウェブ模様は世界中のコレクターを魅了し続けている。

This product is made by sand casting technique.

Sand casting is a very old method of casting using special sand, and a shaped object to make jewelry. The artist creates a carved form to create an impression in the sand, the form is then removed to create a hollow and metal is then poured in, creating a one of a kind piece of jewellery with unique textures.

砂型鋳造は、特殊な砂と型を使用してジュエリーを作る非常に古い鋳造方法です。型を作成し砂に埋め込みます、その型を取り外して空洞を作ります。そこに金属を注ぎ込むことで、独特な質感を持つ唯一無二のジュエリーが完成します。
