Royston Sun Ring

A large turquoise centred on a heavily textured band with a stamped gold adornment to the side. There is a gap in the band for adjusting upon order, and decorative stamp work covering the whole inside of the ring. From stands on the band, to sunlight beams around the inside of the turquoise. 

This ring is slightly adjustable and will be adjusted to your size before shipping, please contact us if you need a half size.

Royston Turquoise comes from the Royston mining district located near Tonopah, Nevada and has been mined since the early 1900s. The Royston mine produces some beautiful turquoise ranging in color from a deep sky blue to dark greens, often the colors run together in the same stone with the golden brown mottled or webbed matrix. The mine is still in use and although the quantities are small, the quality is very high. For three generations, the turquoise has been mined and polished by the Otteson family.
