Sand Casted Earrings #10 | Silver

Textured asymmetrical squares on surgical stainless steel locking hoops. Lines expand out around the edges, silver shimmers in the light.    

Sand casting is a very old method of casting using special sand, and a shaped object to make jewelry. The artist creates a carved form to create an impression in the sand, the form is then removed to create a hollow and metal is then poured in, creating a one of a kind piece of jewellery.

~Included with the earrings are surgical stainless steel hooks, the same material used in implants. It has a lower rate of allergic reactions than sterling silver.~

These Earrings are freshly made for every new order. Every hand casted piece is identical, but made one of a kind with its own textures.
