W Series | Aquamarine & Gold

One of a kind, wanderground’s W Series. Coming with a Sterling Silver Cuban Chain with a handcrafted clasp and sand casted pendant with faceted gemstones ranging from blue sapphires and aquamarines to red garnets and rubies. This piece features a square, pointed perfectly raw translucent and reflective raw aquamarine held in 10k gold.  

The Aquamarine featured in this piece is repurposed.

Sand casting is a very old method of casting using special sand, and a shaped object to make jewelry. The artist creates a carved form to create an impression in the sand, the form is then removed to create a hollow and metal is then poured in, creating a one of a kind piece of jewellery with unique textures.
