Sunn Series #9 | Turquoise

A lightly textured band for a bright Kingman Turquoise, light brown in between the sections of turquoise. Crowned with an adornment of stamped silver and a drop of gold.  

The Kingman turquoise mine, operated by the Colbaugh family in Arizona, is the only active source of turquoise in the United States. Historical evidence indicates turquoise mining in the region as far back as 600CE, with ancient tools unearthed in 1962.
